When filing a PPH request to the EAPO, please submit the request form and necessary documents according to the Procedure to file a Request to the Eurasian Patent Office of the Eurasian Patent Organization for accelerated prosecution of patent application in accordance with the Patent Prosecution Highway Pilot Program between the Eurasian Patent Office of the Eurasian Patent Organization and the China National Intellectual Property Administration.
