When filing a PPH request to the CNIPA, please submit the request form and necessary documents according to the Procedures to File a Request to the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) for Patent Prosecution Highway Pilot Program between the CNIPA and the EPO (European Patent Office). Please refer to Attachment 1 (Chinese version) and Attachment 2 (English version).

When filing a PPH request to the EPO, the requirements are the same as those required by the IP5 PPH program. Please submit the request form and necessary documents according to the Patent Prosecution Highway programme between the IP5 Offices based on PCT and national work products. Please refer to Attachment 3 (Chinese version) and Attachment 4 (English version).
