The 20th CPC National Congress report stated "strengthen legal protection of intellectual property rights, in order to establish a foundational system for all-around innovation". As the 23rd World IP Day nears, the organizing committee of the Publicity Week activities will strengthen publicity and education on IP protection, and advocate the construction of IP culture with the concept of "respect knowledge, preach innovation, obey the law with honesty, compete fairly" as its core.

In addition, this year marks the 50th year of cooperation between China and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). Relevant fetes will be integrated into some of the publicity week activities to promote the IP publicity both at home and abroad and extend the reach and appeal of activities internationally.(Translated from CNIPA Website Chinese Version)
