When filing a PPH request to the CNIPA, please submit the request form and necessary documents according to the Procedures to File a Request to the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) under the Patent Prosecution Highway (PPH) Pilot Program among the IP5. Please refer to Attachment 1 (Chinese version) and Attachment 2 (English version).

When filing a PPH request to the EPO, JPO, KIPO and USPTO, please submit the request form and necessary documents according to the requirements and procedures established by the above four offices respectively.
