When filing a PPH request to the CNIPA, please submit the request form and necessary documents according to the Procedures to File a Request to the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) under the Patent Prosecution Highway (PPH) Pilot Program between the CNIPA and the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS).
