• 2013-07-17 27,000 Since the application of Opinions of Promoting Trademark Strategy by Yunnan government in 2008, promoting of trademark strategy has witnessed a rapid growth. As of now, Yunnan has 27,000 live trademarks, 16 are identified as well-known trademarks, and 773 are Yunnan famous trademarks and 16 are trademarks with certificates of geographical indications.
• 2013-07-17 1,079 AS the end of June of 2010, Shanghai Expo administrative office had handled 1,079 infringement cases since 2005 and Shanghai Expo mascot images, designated and un-designated color included, had been granted trademark applications in 41 classes of commodities, character of  "海宝" and "海宝haibao" is granted trademark in 11 classes.
