On the afternoon of July 10, during the Sixty-Fifth Series of Meetings of the Assemblies of the Member States of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in Geneva, Switzerland, Shen Changyu, Commissioner of the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA), held a bilateral talk with Sune Stampe Sørensen, Director General of the Danish Patent and Trademark Office. The discussions focused on the latest progress in IP work in both countries and IP issues of mutual concern.

Shen outlined that the CNIPA and the Danish Patent and Trademark Office have maintained good interactions and deepened cooperation in recent years. IP exchange meetings jointly organized by the two offices have been well-received by the industries of both countries. Over the past year, China has made significant progress in promoting IP transformation and utilization, improving related laws and regulations, and enhancing the quality and efficiency of examination work, with its IP protection environment continuously improving.
