The 2023 Seminar on Intellectual Property for Latin American Countries, hosted by the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) and assisted by the Fujian Sub-Center, Patent Examination Cooperation (Beijing) Center of the CNIPA's Patent Office, was held in Fuzhou recently. CNIPA Deputy Commissioner Lu Pengqi attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech.
The Seminar, with the theme of "Intellectual Property for the Development of SMEs", was attended by thirteen IP authority officials from seven countries – Brazil, Chile, Cuba, Ecuador, Jamaica, Peru and Uruguay.
