China (Guiyang) Intellectual Property Protection Center Approved for Establishment

CNIPA has recently agreed to build China (Guiyang) Intellectual Property Protection Center (hereinafter referred to as "Guiyang Protection Center"). The number of national IP protection centers has reached 54.

The Guiyang Protection Center is the first one of its kind in Guizhou. It will carry out rapid and collaborative IP protection for the new-generation information technology and high-end equipment manufacturing industry, support the construction of Guiyang National Big Data and Network Security Demonstration Pilot City, and provide local innovators with one-stop IP-related services integrating rapid pre-examination and rapid IPRs confirmation and protection, and thoroughly implement the innovation-driven development strategy, in order to create a good environment for innovation, entrepreneurship and business, facilitate high-quality development of economy, and serve the strategy of large-scale development of the western region and the Belt and Road Initiative.(Translated from CNIPA Website Chinese Version)
