China Intellectual Property Rights Aid Network Put into Operation
Updated: 4 28,2020

On April 26, the online service platform China Intellectual Property Rights Aid Network was officially put into operation. The launching ceremony video was released at CNIPA's "Cloud Open Day" event.

The platform is a national unified service outlet and management platform for IPR protection assistance, and consists of the portal website (www.ipwq.cn) and its WeChat official account (China Intellectual Property Rights Protection Assistance). It is built up by the CNIPA Intellectual Property Protection Department, operated and maintained by the Ningbo Intellectual Property Protection Center, and jointly supported and shared by local IPR protection assistance agencies nationwide.

The website has three major functions. First, it is open to the public and provides a unified national entrance for online IPR protection assistance applications. Users can fill in application items online, select accepting institutions, and inquire about rights protection results in a timely manner.  (Translated from CNIPA Website Chinese Version)
