Recently, the Anhui Provincial IP Office has issued the Notice on a Special Campaign of Intellectual Property Law Enforcement and Rights Protection for National IP Publicity Week 2020 to arrange the campaign details.

The Notice requires that market regulation bureaus at all levels should make every effort to ensure COVID-19 prevention and control while resuming work, production and schooling, strictly investigate and penalize trademark infringements, patent counterfeiting and infringements, and geographical indication infringements.
