Recently, China has developed the world's first 6G field test network that integrates communications and intelligence, demonstrating that the transmission capabilities of 6G can be achieved using 4G and 5G technologies. The team led by Zhang Ping, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and a professor at the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, has built this 6G field test network based on several key technologies integrating communications and intelligence. The deep integration of communications and intelligence is a crucial direction for the evolution of communication technologies. The fusion of these technologies will accelerate the formation of new digital economy models in China.
