CNIPA Deputy Commissioner Meets With AbbVie Senior Vice President in Beijing

On March 12, Lu Pengqi, Deputy Commissioner of the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA), met with a delegation led by Johanna Corbin, Senior Vice President of AbbVie in Beijing.

Lu said that the CNIPA has always been committed to holding an active and open attitude, listening to the opinions and suggestions of foreign-funded enterprises in China, promptly understanding their demands for IPR protection, insisting on treating and protecting the IPRs of domestic and foreign-funded enterprises equally, and striving to create a better innovation and business environment.
