Recently, the animated film "Heroes of the Golden Mask" was released in domestic theaters. Inspired by the Sanxingdui culture, the movie follows the protagonist who, by chance, obtains the golden mask of Sanxingdui and travels back to ancient Shu, leading to a series of adventurous stories. Producer Zhang Zhihong expressed his hope that the film would spark international interest in ancient Chinese civilization. The project which was launched in 2015, aimed to create a comprehensive cultural franchise centered around the Sanxingdui culture, contributing to the global promotion of Chinese culture.
