The "2023 China-International Vinegar Industry Chain Expo" was recently held in Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province, aiming to promote the innovation and brand building of the vinegar industry and strengthen the exchange and cooperation between the international groups. Shanxi is a big province of vinegar production in China, and Taiyuan's Qingxu County is the authentic birthplace of Shanxi's mature vinegar. With sorghum as ingredient, Qingxu mature vinegar shows the characteristics of black purple color and sour and mellow taste after using unique brewing technique. In 2006, "Qingxu Mature Vinegar Brewing Technique" was inscribed on the China's national ICH list.
