China's Juncao (herbaceous plant) technology and a geographical indication (GI) product named Liu Pao Tea have made their name globally……IPR became a hot topic at the 20th CPC National Congress. Deputies from around the country stood in the spotlight and walked to the passage for deputies, telling their stories of performing duties in fields such as the Winter Olympics, innovation, IPR protection, geographical indication, trademark and intangible cultural heritage, showcasing the extraordinary achievements in the IPR development of China, exhibiting to the world a trustworthy, lovely and respectable image of China.

During her engagement in IPR trials over the past three decades, Song Yushui has put herself in the position of parties concerned, tried new-type cases according to actual conditions, witnessed the development of China's IPR protection and sown the seeds of IPR culture in people's hearts.

Thanks to high-level IPR protection, the success of the Beijing Winter Olympics and Winter Paralympics has promoted the dissemination of Olympic culture and spirit. In the post-Olympic era, China should grasp the Olympic legacy and inherit the Olympic spirit, paving a path of development for winter sports with Chinese characteristics.

From lifting farmers out of poverty in Xihaigu, to extending Juncao technology as a foreign-aid poverty alleviation project to the world, Chinese researchers have persisted in independent R&D and promoted Juncao technology worldwide, contributing Chinese wisdom to international poverty reduction.

Liu Pao Tea is a featured geographical indication of Liubao Town. Based on her proven experience in promoting rural rejuvenation by Liu Pao Tea, Zhu Xuelan told her story of leading local farmers to prosperity through Liu Pao Tea.

Over the past decades, Chen Wanghui, nicknamed "Sister Rose", has invoked full force of their GI certification mark - "Xiaojin Rose" to make the rose industry take root in the depths of mountains, injecting brand power to rejuvenating the village.

"Over the past few years, through in-depth exploration and persistent innovation, we have infused new ideas and elements into Qiang embroidery, and developed a series of new products. I must roll up my sleeves and go for it, to make this traditional art known to more."

Chen Yunzhen has led the embroiderers in renovating the traditional intangible cultural heritage craft by integrating fine Chinese traditional culture with modern elements, in a bid to make Qiang embroidery shine with new splendor in the new era.
