Recently, the 6th Joint Experts Group for Trial and Appeal (JEGTA)& The 3rd International Administrative Judge Discussion among CNIPA,JPO and KIPO were held by the PRB in Beijing. Representatives from PRB,JPO and KIPOattended the meeting.
 

 

During the meeting, representatives discussed topics in depth, such as the status and latest development of the reexamination invalid business in their respective countries, the writing of invalidation decisions, the hot issues in the invalidation process, and the future cooperation prospects. Through in-depth discussions, the three parties have enhanced mutual understanding of examination principles and approaches.
