On September 8, 2015 to 10, at the invitation of South Korean charter hall trial court review committee delegation participated in the infield at the first time in South Korea, Japan and South Korea exchange activities of judges. Delegation composed of mechanical, electrical, medical and other fields of examiners, director of the mechanical appeal Yu Ping as the leader.

 

        In the activities, China, South Korea and Japan's inspector is a combination of South Korea's chartered room trial court has just launched an invention patent invalidation cases. Of the examiner in the full understanding of the books information, listen to the mouth of the case on the tape, on the basis of the case involving the legal procedure and entity issues discussed, focus on the invalidation procedure is allowed in the way of patent document revision, evidence and reason to supplement, controls the oral hearing, and creative. Through the discussion of the case, the three parties to enhance the principle to review and get to know each other, the way of handling of the case review conclusion reached.
       Embassy of the republic of Korea during the activity, the former counsellor Xu Dongxu, Korean charter hall trial court dean Shen Zhenjun met with the delegation members. The delegation also visited South Korea patent court trial court, Korea charter hall, South Korean charter hall patent examination department, international intellectual property training institute, and a wide range of business to discuss with the related employees.
