CNIPA Deputy Commissioner Leads Delegation to Visit Singapore and Indonesia upon Invitation

Recently, Lu Pengqi, Deputy Commissioner of the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA), led a delegation to Singapore and Indonesia for a working visit.

During his visit to Singapore, Lu attended the Global Forum in Intellectual Property hosted by the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS), where he delivered a keynote speech on the theme "Ideas to Assets: Innovating in Times of Change." In his address, he shared China's practices and experiences in promoting intellectual property (IP) commercialization for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Lu also attended a Regional IP Business Dialogue for SMEs organized by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).

In Indonesia, Lu held talks with senior officials from the Directorate General of Intellectual Property (DGIP). The two sides had in-depth exchanges on topics including the latest developments in their respective IP work, patent examination, IP commercialization, capacity building, and bilateral cooperation.
