From October 24 to 28, the China-ASEAN High-level Intellectual Property (IP) Workshop was held in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province. Zhang Zhicheng, Deputy Commissioner of the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA), heads and representatives of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Secretariat and IP authorities from ASEAN member states attended the events.
Zhang noted that China and ASEAN have long maintained pragmatic, comprehensive and efficient cooperation in the field of IP. China stands ready to work with ASEAN to jointly advance IP cooperation in support of building a China-ASEAN community with a shared future. During the workshop, foreign delegates attended the 32nd China Yangling Agricultural Hi-Tech Fair and visited Northwest A&F University and relevant enterprises for field studies and discussions.
Officials from Northwest A&F University, the Yangling Agricultural High-tech Industry Demonstration Zone, the IP Office of Shaanxi, and representatives from several enterprises also participated in the events.(Translated from CNIPA Website Chinese Version)
