According to the Joint Statement of Intent of CNIPA and DKPTO on Deepening Cooperation in Patent Prosecution and Extending PPH Pilot Program, the China-Denmark PPH pilot program will be extended for another five years starting from January 1, 2019, and will be terminated on December 31, 2023.

According to the joint decision of CNIPA and Portuguese INPI, China-Portugal PPH pilot program will be extended for another three years starting from January 1, 2019, and will be terminated on December 31, 2021.

Relevant requirements and procedures to submit PPH requests to the above offices remain unchanged.

China-Denmark PPH pilot program was launched on January 1, 2013. It was extended on January 1, 2014 and January 1, 2016; the termination date after the last extension was December 31, 2018.
