According to the Memorandum of Understanding on the Cooperation between the State Intellectual Property Office of the People's Republic of China (SIPO) and the Russian Federal Service for Intellectual Property (ROSPATENT) on the Patent Prosecution Highway, the China-Russia PPH pilot program was initially launched on July 1, 2012 for a duration of one year.
