China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology recently released a paper encouraging promoting IPR development among industrial firms, medium and small business. SIPO actively coordinate and jointly promote implementation of related policies with other ministries. Up to now, more than 1,800 enterprises have been involved standards effectuating.
