The China's General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine insists on the campaign against IP infringement and counterfeit and shoddy goods. In the first three quarters of 2012, China's quality inspection system has seized 54,200 infringement cases with a total value of 3.139 billion yuan, and transferred 731 cases to the police.
