According to statistics, PetroChina's Shanghai Petrochemical Institute, Shanghai Microelectronics Equipment Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Sany Technology Co., Ltd. filed 3,032 patent applications at home and 246 abroad while obtaining 1,389 and 77  respectively.
