Beijing Haidian District Prosecutor's Office handled cumulatively 1,243 IPR infringement cases and penalized 2,299 offenders in the past 10 years, 97% of which are trademark infringement cases. In the infringement of the well-known brands, domestic brands accounted for 50% of the total.
