China's energy consumption to produce a unit of gross domestic product (GDP) dropped 3.35 percent year on year in the first half.  The decrease compared with 2.88 percent in the first half of last year.  China has invested 56 billion yuan directly on energy saving and emission reduction. 2013-07-17
