The State Administration of Radio, Film and Television (SARFT) announced its plan to disburse 9 million yuan to TV-based cartoons made between 2005 and 2008.  Those works applying for such fund shall once be recommended to be on air by the SARFT and owners shall have full discretion of its IPRs. 2013-07-17
