The National Office against Pornographic and Illegal Publications announced major cases of illegal publication in 2008, including two piracy cases, Guangzhou's March 13 aggravated international manufacturing and distribution of illegal publications and Nanjing's December 8 storage of illegal publications.  2013-07-17
