Patent Bar Exam Committee decided the qualifying scores for this year's exam on December 23 in Beijing.  The overall score shall not be less than 230 while that of patent attorney practice must be over 90.  Some 692 contestants pass the exam, pushing the passing rate slightly over last year to 12.6%. 2013-07-17
