China's 3G telecommunication standard TD-SCDMA has began full commercial test use.  As a major telecom carrier, China Mobile has set up 16,181 TD-SCDMA base stations in 10 cities including Beijing, covering 95% of the 2G network.  Test numbers have been distributed to 25,000 end users. 2013-07-17
