An IP information center was established to serve the creative industry base in China Fiber Valley, Wuhan.  IP information will be a top card used by the base to attract 100 design studios and train 30 designer-entrepreneurs.  The base plans to produce 500 products with IP-backed innovative designs. 2013-07-17
