An increasing number of IPR suits were lodged at courts in Henan last year.  The courts received 430 cases with claimed object value of 99.15 million RMB at first instance, a 26% growth over the previous year; 64 cases with claimed object value of 45.5 million RMB at second instance, a 24% growth.  Copyright and trademark cases had the highest rates at 30%. 2013-07-17
