From January to May, the departments for Industry and Commerce   and Markets Regulation nationwide handled 9,329 cases of trademark violation (up 13.01%) with a total value of proceeds of 176 million yuan (up 117.79%). Among the cases, 8,130 (up 1.58%) involved trademark infringement with a total value of proceeds of 158 million (up 116.28%).
