SIPO recently issued the Action Plan on IPR Enforcement to local IP offices.Among the seven major tasks, concerted efforts would be make to combat patent infringement and exert the role of 12330 hotline and IPR aid center.

The plan laid out specific tasks, which largely combat patent infringement and counterfeiting, enhance IPR law coordination and enforcement efficiency, boost consumer and innovator confidence, further improve China's image in IPR protection, create a favorable environment for orderly competition and innovation.
