14 ministries including National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Education, ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Ministry of Science and Technology jointly issued the Circular on Suggestions of 2010 National Energy Conservation Publicity Week to be held in June. This year’s publicity week, will be focused on promotion of energy saving technology and products with self-reliant IPR.

According to the Circular, the publicity week should take the opportunity of Shanghai EXPO to promote and advocate the advanced energy saving technology, low-carbon technology, green technology and products. Efforts should be striven to promote the energy saving technology and products with independent IPR such as efficient lighting, energy-saving air-conditioning, cars and electrical machine.
