Ministry of Commerce,  Propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee, Ministry of Finance and other seven authorities jointly released the Guiding Opinions on Further Developing Key Enterprises and Projects to Export Chinese Culture recently, encouraging culture enterprises to develop original products with self-reliant IPR, accelerating breeding culture brands with international competence, supporting enterprises of different ownership to expand overseas markets.

According to the guiding opinions, enterprises should be encouraged to increase R&D investment, key technology and core technology with independent IPR shoule be developed. Efforts should be striven to protect cultural products and services. Assistances should be given to the companies importing advanced technologies and equipments to improve their innovation ability.
