SIPO announced its plan to select the second group of top 100 elites with specific emphasis on its linkage with propelling the Outline of the National IP Strategy.

Most of the 100 will be chosen from IP administrations, other agencies' IPR units, research institutes, companies, non-profit organizations, universities, IPR agencies and other relevant organizations.  Local IP administrations are responsible for recommendation of talents.

Proper exams and evaluation shall be conducted.  Then the evaluation committee will make the final selection.  Those chosen will be put into the information database for the high end IPR talents.
