Shen Changyu Meeting UKIPO CEO and His Delegation in Beijing
Recently, CNIPA Commissioner Shen Changyu met UKIPO CEO Tim Moss and his delegation in Beijing and the two parties attended the 2019 UK-China Intellectual Property Symposium together.
During their meeting, Shen Changyu and Tim Moss had in-depth exchanges on the latest progress of the two countries in IP, high-level exchange, information and experience sharing, personnel exchange and training, bilateral cooperation and other topics. According to Shen Changyu, the Sino-British Relations are in the “golden age”. With the constantly deepened development of the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries, the cooperation between CNIPA and UKIPO is also being deepened and expanded, with fruitful results achieved. He hoped that the two offices could further their cooperation to benefit more IP users and serve the social and economic development of the two countries. Tim Moss said that he was glad to see the great progress China has made in IP protection and more and more British enterprises and global users would benefit therefrom. He hoped that the two offices would strengthen and broaden their exchanges and cooperation, deepen mutual understanding and expand their common ground to create better prospects for cooperation.
