On October 24, CNIPA Commissioner Shen Changyu met WIPO Director General Francis Gurry and his delegation in Beijing. The two sides jointly signed an upgraded version of the Framework Agreement of Cooperation between CNIPA and WIPO , clarifying the direction of results-oriented cooperation between the two sides in the future.
