The National Copyright Administration had talks with major video portals in mid-September to encourage them to increase copyright awareness. The enforcement officials requested that the 15 streaming service platforms improve the management of online copyrighted content, pay attention to dealing with complaints against piracy and take action to prevent infringements. In particular, blockbuster movies, TV series or music listed for priority protection and pre-warning by the National Copyright Administration needed to be given special attention, the officials said.
