At 10 am in April 23, Mr. Tian Lipu, commissioner of SIPO, received an interview from the website, and then talked with people on net about the IP work in China. China government official website had a special program called as Interviewing Ministers and Provincial Governors.

According to Mr. Tian, enforcing the IP work in China is the need of enhancing the innovation capability of China and building China to be a innovative country, the need of completing the socialist economic system, regulating the market order and building up social credit system, and the enforcing Chinese companies capacity in competition so as to improving China's national competition.

In a word, the commissioner said, IP work will play a crucial role in strengthening China's competition and scientific and economic powers as well as in building an innovative country.
