For improving and popularizing IPR education and training as well as public consciousness in IPR, SIPO made out Guideline of China IPR Education and Training recently according to the IPR Talent Program in the 11th Five-Year Period.

The guideline demands the IPR education and training should work under the instruction of scientific outlook of development and the National IP Strategy, attract more government departments, social institutions to join in the training, and SIPO will also enforce the administration and coordination in IPR education and training in whole China to make the training more formal, regular, and standardized.

The guideline lists out different content and targets for people at different circles, such as IP administration staff, enterprises and public institutions, public servants, IPR teachers and common peoples, and also gives its demand to the infrastructural facilities in IPR education and training.
