According to the Administration Order issued by Primer Wen Jiabao on May 7,2007, the new edition of the Regulation of incorporated Firms of the People's Republic of China was issued. The amended regulation added some new items about property, IPR, land-use rights in establishing an incorporated firm, and also made some readjustment to the order and expressions of some articles.

The fourteenth article of the regulation says that all partners should present either a confirmation document signed by all partners or evaluation document made by a legal evaluation office to the registration administration department about the value of all property, IPR, land-use right as well as other properties or rights when registering a incorporated firm.

The regulation will be officially effective from June 1st, 2007.
