The public now has a new access to detailed information of registration and cancellation of patent pledge contract from the weekly Patent Gazette of the SIPO or by visiting the SIPO website.

 

Sources say that registration information of patent pledge contract was officially included in the 21st edition of the Patent Gazette on May 23, 2007 with the support of relevant departments of the SIPO to comply with applicable regulations set forth in the Detailed Rules of the Patent Law and the Guidelines for Examination.
