According to the Suggestions of the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council on Further Promoting Transparency in Administrative Affairs and the Decree of Government Information Openness, the State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO) recently established a Leading Group for Transparency in Administrative Affairs and its working group, headed by Lin Binghui, SIPO Deputy Commissioner. The establishment of the groups is to strengthen the leadership of the work of making SIPO's administrative affairs more transparent and promote the standardization of SIPO's work in opening its administrative affairs.

 

The group's responsibilities mainly include working out related regulations and system of opening SIPO's administrative affairs, coordinating and making clear the content and form of SIPO's work in opening its administrative affairs, examining the information that will be released, maintaining and updating the released information, drawing up guidebooks, catalogues and annual working reports of the SIPO's administrative affair transparency, and launching routine works of SIPO's information publicity and other related works.
