On December 6, 2007 International Forum on IP Management and Risk Control was held in Beijing. Zhang Qin, Deputy Commissioner of SIPO, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech.

 

The forum, focusing on issues Chinese enterprises are dealing with in IP management and risk control, provided valuable information to enterprises in capitalization of IP, IP management system and model, as well as IP legal risk differentiation, evaluation and control by the authoritative explanation from government officials and experience introduced by some well-known Chinese and foreign companies and IP agents.
