On December 24, China International Chamber of Commerce (ICC-China) held its congress in Beijing. Vice Primer Wu Yi delivered a congratulation speech on behalf of the State Council. She asked ICC-China to insist on market guidance, constantly expand business fields, enforce international market information analysis and services in international trade convention consulting, international business training, business mediation and arbitration and IP agent.

 

Established in 1988, ICC-China became a formal legal body of mass organization in 2005, and this congress will see the birth of its first board of directors. China Council for the Promotion of International Trade was approved by the State Council in 2004 as ICC-China's competent unit.
