Talking about IP System and China Economic and Social Construction, Mr. Yin answered questions raised by the host on the function of IP system in China’s economic and social development and in the process of building an innovative country and a harmonious society, summarized the development of China’s IP system, such as IP administration system and various roles of law enforcement teams, and introduced the latest progress in formulating National IP Strategy, as well as the content and essentiality of IP culture promoted by SIPO.

 

After that he also answered the questions from net friends about IPR protection about independent innovation, the occasion for China to formulate and implement National IP Strategy, and how to prevent national development from IPR protection.
