On March 20, Commissioner of SIPO Tian Lipu has a talk with visiting Director-General of Thailand Intellectual Property Department, Mrs. Puangrat Asavapisit, and signs the Minutes of Meeting between State Intellectual Property Office of the People’s Republic of China and Intellectual Property Department (IPD) of Thailand.
